The physical name of your page is considered relevant by the search engine crawlers. Name your page
in a human readable fashion, with wording relevant to the content.
So, for example, if your page is about widgets, use:
http://www.mydomain.com/widgets.aspx
rather than
http://www.mydomain.com/page1.aspx
